Whether you have prepared the data and arranged printing of all or some of the material to be used or we have managed this for you the biggest challenge is still ahead. Inserting material correctly to meet NZ Posts requirements and ensure you receive the lowest possible bulk mail postage rates.
Most of our envelope inserting work is handled by our Pitney Bowes DI 950. With a capacity of up to 35,000 items a day this machine is fast but also very quick to set up and extremely flexible. It can handle a combination up to six flat sheets and pre-folded items (or items such as reply envelopes that do not need folding) and folds and collates this in-line before inserting into and sealing the envelopes. The flat sheet feeders can even be programmed to select multiple sheets from the same tray to further enhance the flexibility.
In addition to the DI 950 we also operate a Pitney Bowes DI 400. This old but reliable work horse is great for jobs where the item being inserted is too thick for the DI 950 or where it contains staples that can damage the large more expensive inserter.
